We are seeking an experienced Civil Operations Manager to oversee daily site activities and crew coordination in Brisbane, Queensland.

Responsibilities include delivering civil works across electrical infrastructure projects while ensuring safety, quality, and environmental standards are met.

You will bring strong leadership skills, a work ethic, and the ability to motivate teams in dynamic environments. Key requirements:

  • Excavator license and posi track ticket with 12+ months' experience
  • At least 5 years' experience in a leading or supervisory role
  • Experience working around live services and to TMR standards
  • MR Licence (desirable)
  • Flexibility to work day/night shifts and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong communication, planning, and interpersonal skills
  • A team-first attitude with a focus on safety and performance
