Hearing Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Client Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our clients in a fast-paced hearing clinic environment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, managing client relationships, and providing administrative support to our clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and ensuring their experience is optimal.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments with clients.
- Providing efficient administrative support to clinicians.

- An interest in learning about features and basic repair/maintenance of hearing aids.
- Prior experience in customer service/administration.
