About the Role:

This is a fantastic opportunity in Sydney for quality and talented Pastry Chefs to join the team on a full-time basis.

  • A minimum of 2+ years relevant experience in the industry.
  • Knowledge around preparing pastry products including doughs, pastry fillings, cakes, buns, biscuits, and bread.
  • An understanding of baking, shaping and decorating pastry and bread products.
  • Worked in a quality restaurant, patisserie, cafe or hotel.
  • Experience operating large machines including mixers, ovens, dough forming machines.
  • An understanding of HACCP, hygiene practices and following WH&S.
  • Can follow a recipe and accurately weigh ingredients.
  • Good communication skills, attitude and be a team player.
About You:

To succeed in this role you will need:

  • Pastry production experience with knowledge of doughs, pastry fillings, cakes, buns, biscuits and bread.
  • Baking and decorating expertise with an eye for detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with attention to quality control.
