Administrative Operations Coordinator

This permanent full-time role is based in Canberra and is responsible for coordinating events, seminars, and presentations, including live virtual and static seminars.
We are seeking an experienced administration professional with a minimum of 5 years of experience in a previous administration role, who has demonstrated high-level ICT skills, particularly in the use of the Microsoft suite of programs.
The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating seminars, conducting presentations, and creating MC scripts. They must also possess a baseline security clearance or be able to obtain one, along with the ability to obtain a Blue Card and National Police Check.
This role is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to join our team and contribute to the success of our National Events Program.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around $80,000 per annum, plus superannuation.
