We are seeking a skilled and experienced Trainer & Assessor to join our organization in Perth, Australia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs, conducting competency assessments, and maintaining document management systems.
You will work closely with crew supervisors to identify training needs, develop training packages, and conduct process plant inductions.
Main Responsibilities:- Conduct theory and practical training assessments
- Conduct process plant inductions
- Develop and maintain area skills learning paths
- Review and update training-related documents
The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessing (TAE40116), or currently working towards it, as well as relevant experience in delivering training in a minerals processing or refining operation.
A high level of health, safety, and environmental awareness, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills, are essential for this role.
