Airline Training Professional

CAE, a global leader in aviation training, is seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Contract B737 Simulator Instructor.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 1000 hours of pilot-in-command experience on a multi-crew jet transport and hold a valid Simulator Instructor Rating or equivalent certification.
Key responsibilities include conducting training duties in accordance with defined standards and processes, ensuring the highest standards of safety, compliance, and training quality are maintained.
Additionally, the successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with the preparation of courseware and training materials, monitoring client progress, and promoting improvements to processes and documentation.
The role requires a motivated and disciplined individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills who can deliver results on time and motivate others in a remote working environment.
