UX Research Specialist (Product QA), AU & US — We are looking for an experienced Senior UX/User Research Specialist (Product QA) to join our global User Experience and User Research team. You will evaluate the product user experience in the US and Australia markets, identify gaps between and competitors, and collaborate cross-functionally to address user pain points. You will also conduct user research for these markets to support growth or product topics.

In this Role, you'll get to
  • Monitor product user experience (quality) metrics (NPS, CPO, etc.) and provide local insights to HQ teams.
  • Regularly conduct user research, competitor analysis, or expert testing to identify product quality defects and gaps compared to competitors.
  • Utilise data analysis skills to analyse product user experience metrics and user behaviour data.
  • Build long-term collaboration mechanisms with multiple teams (Regional and HQ) to address user pain points and improve overall product experience.
What you'll Need to Succeed
  • Bachelor's degree in UX/User Research, Data Analysis, or a related field is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in user experience/user research/data analysis/product management or related fields in the internet industry.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a strong understanding of data; knowledge of SQL and BigQuery is preferable.
  • Knowledge of design thinking and user experience is highly preferred.
  • Fluency in English is required to effectively communicate with international teams and clients.
  • Experience in the travel and e-commerce industry is a plus.
