  • The role will involve working Monday to Friday from 7am to 3pm.
  • Base rate of $32.52 per hour plus superannuation.
  • The position is covered under the CEVA Logistics & Transport Workers Union National Enterprise Agreement.

Our company is looking for an enthusiastic Yardperson to provide ongoing support in operations at our Finished Vehicle Logistics branch at Mt St John QLD.

As a Yardperson you will be responsible for:

  1. Cleaning and preparing vehicles to ensure they meet presentation standards.
  2. Preparing vehicles for local and interstate drivers.
  3. Inspecting incoming vehicles for damage and recording findings.
  4. Scanning vehicles into our system to track their location.
  5. Traveling to other compounds or worksites as required.

We are looking for someone who is eager to gain experience in transport operations and provide valuable hands-on support in a fast-paced environment. You should also have:

  • A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proficiency in operating automatic and manual transmission vehicles.
  • Ability to follow work instructions.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive mindset.

In addition to proof of work rights and professional referees, candidates will need to complete a medical assessment and national police check.
