Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Despatch Team Member to ensure that completed vehicles are parked into their designated parking areas, maintaining high standards of housekeeping and providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Park completed vehicles in designated areas
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in all parking areas
  • Respond promptly to customers arriving onsite for vehicle handovers
  • Operate vehicles safely within the compound and workshop
  • Inspect incoming and outgoing vehicles for damage and report any issues
  • Collect, deliver, and park vehicles as directed while adhering to speed limits and safety zones
  • Provide assistance with loading and jump-starting vehicles as needed
  • Conduct stock takes and collect fuel for the compound and vehicles

Requirements:

  • Hold a manual driving license
  • Be a team player with strong communication skills
  • Previous experience with tools and vehicle movement is an advantage but not essential
  • Ability to move and fit vehicles for delivery would be beneficial but is not mandatory
