We are seeking a highly skilled Fleet Coordinator/Maintenance Specialist to oversee the logistics, servicing, and maintenance of our vehicles, plant, and equipment.

This role offers the opportunity to work with a variety of machinery and vehicles, ensuring they remain compliant with safety and operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor fleet servicing and maintenance schedules
  • Conduct general servicing on various machinery and vehicles (light and heavy)
  • Liaise with third-party mechanics in various locations
  • Manage servicing, repairs, and records using Fleet Management Systems
  • Ensure vehicles remain compliant with safety and operational standards
  • Collaborate with a team focused on reliability, quality, and safety

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' mechanical experience
  • Hands-on experience with general servicing across a wide range of plant and machinery
  • Proficient in Fleet Management Software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Valid Driver's Licence – MR/HR Class
  • Ability and willingness to travel regularly
  • Strong work ethic, physical capability, and commitment to safety
