Job Title: Warehouse Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently handling, picking, packing, and receiving goods within the warehouse. This role ensures products are properly stored, orders are accurately fulfilled, and inventory is effectively managed to support e-commerce operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking & Packing

The Warehouse Operations Specialist will be responsible for accurately picking products from shelves using an RF Gun, packing products securely to prevent damage during shipping, scanning, labeling, and preparing packages for shipment.

Receiving Goods:

  • The Warehouse Operations Specialist will accept and process incoming deliveries, verify shipment contents against packing lists for accuracy, unpack and inspect goods for damage or discrepancies, and place stock into designated pick locations as directed by the RF Gun.

Inventory Management:

  • The Warehouse Operations Specialist will store products accurately in assigned warehouse locations, maintain up-to-date and accurate inventory records, perform regular stock checks and assist with inventory audits, ensure all products meet quality standards prior to shipment, and report any inventory issues or discrepancies to the team leader or warehouse management.

Warehouse Safety & Organization:

  • The Warehouse Operations Specialist will maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment, store products in an accessible and identifiable manner, immediately report any hazards to the line manager, follow all safety protocols and warehouse procedures, operate warehouse equipment safely and responsibly, and comply with all company policies and regulatory requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous warehouse or similar experience preferred but not required.
  • Experience with RF scanning is an advantage but not essential.
  • Ability to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 lbs.
  • Effective communication with supervisors and team members to follow safety protocols, receive training, and understand work instructions.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
