Warehouse Operations Manager

As a seasoned logistics professional, you will oversee the smooth running of our warehousing function, ensuring timely receipt, orders, returns, assembly, and dispatch of goods. You will be accountable for all BAU warehouse operations and the warehousing team, including end-to-end order fulfillment - inbound/outbound/returns/inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor all clinic orders and outbound status – track KPIs.
• Implement continuous improvements/process improvements to embed a robust platform for further expansion.
• Ensure quality control for outbound orders.
• Maintain updated S&OP documentation for key process flows.
• Provide insights monthly to global Supply Chain.
• Oversee warehouse inventory management and work closely with Planning & Inventory Specialist.
• Lead key contacts for courier partners & freight forwarder – monitor volume, trends, and cost.
• Conduct cycle count & full stocktake in the warehouse adhering to financial audit requirements.
• Accurately and timely receipt goods into central warehouse (count and put away).
• Monitor daily/weekly order fulfillment of stock orders from central warehouse.
• Future Daily order fulfillment of HA orders from central warehouse to clinics.
• Accurately and timely pick, pack, and distribute Fox Web to customers.
• Record accurate stock adjustments into Amplifon database (Oracle) to maintain robust inventory.
• Oversee physical return flow, support Returns Specialist and end-to-end credit note recovery process – monitor KPIs.
• Develop exception reports inc. Out of Stock, order fulfillment tracking.

Project Management:

• Own strategic planning of further expansion of the central warehouse for 1AUS (Amplifon, Bay, and Attune).
• Assess, design, and deliver a phase 1 centralized return flow in 2025.
• Assess, develop, and deliver a business case for a 1 AUS centralized model.

Team Leadership:

• Directly responsible for managing, engaging, and developing logistics teams.
• Support recruitment, training, and induction of new staff in the team.
• Track and address daily operational issues including people management and team's workload and activity.
• Address technical issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Monitor team's activities to ensure best performance of list and variety of tasks for team.
• Support Head of Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Manager as and when required, including gathering information and resolve issues.
• Manage required resources for casuals and/or sick/annual leave.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in Warehouse management, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations (5+ years).
• Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) & Enterprise Resource Management (ERP).
• Experience in implementing process improvements & logistics solutions.
• Leadership with experience in building team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, suppliers, and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve operational processes, forward, and reverse logistics.
• Data-driven decision-making approach with keen eye for identifying trends and insights to drive cost optimization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to present complex data & solutions in an easy-to-understand format to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strategic thinker with innovative mindset.
• Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced environment.
