Warehouse Operations Leader

The Warehouse Lead oversees the smooth operation of warehousing functions, responsible for receipt, orders, returns, assembly, and dispatch of goods. They manage clinic orders and lead the team to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of hearing aids, accessories, batteries, audiology equipment, brochures, and other items.

• Accountability for all BAU warehouse operations and the warehousing team.
• Actively monitor all clinic orders and outbound status – track KPIs.
• Continuous improvements/process improvements to embed a robust platform for further expansion.
• Ensure quality control for outbound orders.
• Maintain updated S&OP documentations for key process flows.
• Provide insights monthly to global Supply Chain.
• Oversee warehouse inventory management and work closely with Planning & Inventory Specialist.
• Key contact for courier partners & freight forwarder – monitor volume, trends, and cost.
• Overseeing cycle count & full stocktake in the warehouse adhering to financial audit requirements.
• Accurate and timely receipting of inwards goods into central warehouse (count and put away).
• Daily/weekly order monitoring of the fulfillment of stock orders from central warehouse.
• Future daily order fulfillment of HA orders from central warehouse to clinics.
• Accurate and timely picking, packing, and distribution of Fox Web to customers.
• Accurate recording of stock adjustments into Amplifon database (Oracle) to maintain robust inventory.
• Overseeing the physical return flow, support Returns Specialist, and end-to-end credit note recovery process – monthly monitoring KPIs.
• Implement exception reports inc. Out of Stock, order fulfillment tracking.

• Directly responsible for the management, engagement, and development of logistics team.
• Support the recruitment, training, and induction of new staff in the team.
• Track and address daily operational issues, including people management and team workload and activity.
• Monitor and address technical issues to relevant stakeholders in a timely manner.
• Monitor team activities to ensure best performance of list and variety of tasks for the team.
• Support Head of Supply Chain and/or Supply Chain Manager as required, including gathering information and resolving issues.
• Manage required resources for casuals and/or sick/annual leave.

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Proven experience in Warehouse management, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations (5+ years).
• Knowledge in Warehouse Management System (WMS) & Enterprise Resource Management (ERP).
• Experience in implementing process improvements & logistics solutions.
• Leadership with experience in building teams and cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with senior leaders, suppliers, and external partners.
• Demonstrated ability to innovate and improve operational processes, forward & reverse logistics.
• Data-driven decision-making approach with a keen eye for identifying trends and insights to drive cost optimisation.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to present complex data & solutions in an easy-to-understand manner to non-technical stakeholders.
