Operations Coordinator Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the smooth day-to-day running of warehouse operations, including procurement activities, warehouse duties, and general administrative support.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist with equipment purchasing for customer sites.
- Perform a range of warehouse duties, including receiving, storing, and dispatching stock.
- Provide administrative support, including document management and ISO-related coordination across departments.
- E nsure tasks are completed in line with company policies and deadlines.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year's experience using Microsoft Office suite.
- Previous experience working with purchasing and warehousing.
- Strong time management skills, with ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable working within structured processes and procedures.
