Service Leader Opportunity

A challenging role for a motivated and experienced Service Manager to lead a passionate service team at BMW. As our ideal candidate, you will be a motivating leader, known for your high energy and ability to inspire your team to deliver outstanding results.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Plan and oversee daily operations of the service department, continuously seeking improvement while maintaining exceptional customer service standards.
  • Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing team that consistently exceeds expectations.
  • Ensure all activities align with brand standards and company policies.
  • Manage equipment and tool procurement, prioritising quality and efficiency.
  • Develop and maintain performance reporting tools.
  • Approve sublet jobs and purchase orders.
  • Review daily departmental performance and control measures.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Service Manager within a similar automotive franchise.
  • Possession of relevant technical qualifications and a valid driver's license.
  • Passionate about delivering superior customer service.
  • Demonstrates strong coaching and leadership skills.
  • Experienced in managing budgets and driving positive financial results.
  • Knowledgeable of workplace safety policies and procedures.
  • Proficient with IT systems and able to implement group policies effectively.
