As a Medical Information Exchange Specialist, you'll play a vital role in facilitating the exchange of health and medical information between our customers and healthcare providers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of clients, ensuring timely action on caseloads as per service level agreements
- Liaise with specialists and medical clinics to obtain medical records on behalf of clients
- Write accurate case notes in the med Ebridge platform
- Develop and maintain strong relationships between clients and UHG
- Perform data entry and ad hoc administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to negotiate, influence, and manage conflicts effectively
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
- Technology savvy with intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
- Knowledge or understanding of how health practitioners and GP's work, or injury rehabilitation, or within the legal or insurance practices is an advantage but not essential
