Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Communications Coordinator to join our team. This role will support internal communications campaigns, content creation, events organisation, digital channel management, and administrative tasks.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop engaging content for key messages and internal communication channels.
  • Create and update intranet pages using SharePoint.
  • Support graphic design needs by creating campaign materials using templates.
  • Assist with reporting, content planning, and maintaining digital files and financial records.
  • Prioritise and respond to requests from the comms board and inbox.
  • Contribute to social media content development with the Comms and Marketing teams.
  • Coordinate event logistics, including purchase orders and vendor payments.

Requirements:

  • Relevant marketing or communications qualification or experience.
  • Previous professional experience in an administrative and/or communications role.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign and Photoshop) with strong creative skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer literacy, including the full MS Office Suite (SharePoint, PowerPoint and Teams).
  • Able to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organisational and planning abilities, capable of managing workload and prioritising tasks efficiently.
