Land Use Compliance Manager

The key objective of this role is to guarantee that tenants and license holders adhere to the terms of their agreements and conform to relevant policies, standards, and procedures across various ports.
This position entails a mix of time spent outdoors at metropolitan and regional ports, as well as collaboration with the property team from our office in Port Adelaide.
Key Responsibilities:- Carry out planned and ad hoc inspections of all port land and property to ensure compliance;
- Identify and report instances of non-compliance and formulate strategies for resolution to minimize risk exposure;
- Prepare and maintain detailed records, collect evidence, and prepare documentation for all instances of non-compliance;
- Provide compliance information and guidance to tenants, licensees, and other users of port land and property or key stakeholders;
- Valid driver's licence;
- Experience in a compliance or regulatory role;
- Ability to interpret and understand property agreements (leases, licences), property legislation, and various statutes;
- Experience with managing compliance in a public-facing role;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
