
Automotive Industry Payroll Expert

This is a unique opportunity to leverage your expertise in payroll systems and join a team of professionals who share your passion for delivering exceptional service. The role involves implementing a new payroll system, working closely with the financial manager and leadership team, and coordinating BAU services and duties performed by the Payroll Systems Team.
The successful applicant will have proven experience in a similar payroll systems role, along with a strong understanding of payroll functions, procedures, and processes. They will also possess excellent communication skills, be able to handle complex payroll and award interpretation issues, and maintain a customer service focus under pressure.
- Implementing a new payroll System
- Reporting to and working in conjunction with Leadership and Management
- Assisting in coordinating BAU services and duties performed by the Payroll Systems Team
- Monitoring and evaluating improvements to systems and practices to improve client service delivery
- Identifying and implementing process improvements to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of payroll systems and provide customer service excellence
- Managing systems maintenance by testing, documenting, and communicating all system changes
- Maintaining relationships with Application Service Providers and ensuring Service Level Agreement adherence
- Working with external vendors, such as payroll service providers and software vendors, to ensure seamless integration and functionality

- Providing expert advice on payroll matters to management and staff
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement and support payroll-related projects
- Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
