Job Summary

The Cyber Business Analyst role at Triskele Labs is a critical position that serves as a liaison between Sales and Operations teams. This individual will be responsible for developing Service Delivery Schedules that accurately reflect the scope, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables of SOC engagements. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SOC environments and cybersecurity principles, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to create Service Delivery Schedules for SOC clients, ensuring a seamless handover from Sales to Operations.
  • Produce "as built" documentation to capture completed services for SOC clients, ensuring clarity in what has been delivered and fulfilling reporting requirements.
  • Assess SOC proposals for feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities, ensuring a high degree of accuracy.
  • Serve as the business-focused advisor within the Technical Customer Success team, providing insights specific to SOC client requirements and ensuring documentation accuracy.
  • Support SOC client onboarding by clearly outlining expected service outcomes and deliverables, promoting client confidence and satisfaction.

Requirements

This role requires a strong business acumen, with the ability to translate SOC client needs and sales objectives into detailed, actionable deliverables. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to act as a liaison between Sales, Operations, and the Customer Success teams, and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. In addition, the candidate should have a solid understanding of SOC performance metrics and KPIs, as well as reporting standards.
