At Triskele Labs, we're dedicated to delivering exceptional cybersecurity services to our clients. As a Cyber Business Analyst for SOC clients, you'll play a critical role in bridging the gap between Sales and Operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Service Delivery Schedules that translate proposals into actionable documents, outlining scope, KPIs, timelines, and deliverables specific to SOC engagements.
  • Create 'as built' documentation to capture completed services for SOC clients, guaranteeing clarity on delivered services and meeting reporting requirements.
  • Assess SOC proposals for feasibility and alignment with delivery capabilities, facilitating a smooth handover from Sales to Operations.
  • Advise the Technical Customer Success team as a business-focused expert, providing insights tailored to SOC client needs and ensuring accurate documentation.
  • Support SOC client onboarding by clearly outlining expected service outcomes and deliverables, promoting client confidence and satisfaction.
Requirements:Technical Skills:
  • Demonstrate a solid understanding of SOC environments and cybersecurity principles to assess, document, and communicate SOC-specific services.
  • Possess experience in creating structured documentation, particularly around service agreements and SOC-specific delivery requirements.
  • Familiarity with SOC performance metrics and KPIs, as well as reporting standards.
