About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Lead to join our Projects and Development Services (PDS) division in the APAC region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing and directing the strategic sourcing and vendor management processes for PDS APAC.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sourcing strategies for PDS APAC, considering business context, trends, and strategy.
  • Oversee strategic sourcing initiatives and improvements, advising on local team structures and sustainability targets.
  • Drive the implementation of global initiatives within the sourcing framework, such as alliance programs and furniture solutions.
  • Analyze spend and identify sourcing and value creation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with other JLL business lines and regions to seek efficiencies and alignment in vendor management.
  • Lead the procurement process for all service types: build, manage, consult, and design.
  • Stay informed about market trends and expectations that may impact procurement management.
  • Act as a regional contact for JLL's global strategic sourcing platform and promote its adoption.
  • Build relationships with suppliers, consultants, and contractors to drive adoption of the sourcing platform.
  • Collaborate with technology platform owners to ensure alignment and continuous improvement.

  • Effective management of spend in line with procurement targets.

  • Proficient in MS Office applications, with a strong understanding of technology and data.
  • Experience working across the APAC region preferred.
