Job Description

We seek a skilled and experienced Residential Services Manager to lead our team in providing exceptional care and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and lead a diverse team of employees and volunteers.
  • Respond quickly and effectively to issues including HR, client complaints and serious incidents.
  • Facilitate the implementation and effective use of quality and risk management information systems.
  • Ensure employees are aware of their responsibilities around incident management and reporting.
  • Maintain financial performance targets including occupancy levels, ACFI management and budget outcomes.
  • Implement relevant legislative and policy changes and maintain aged care standards.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Management experience in an aged or health care setting.
  • Experience working within the Aged Care legislative framework.
  • Knowledge of the Australian National Aged Care Classification (ANACC).
  • Current registration as a Registered (Division 1) Nurse with AHPRA.
  • Specialist knowledge or postgraduate qualifications in health management or business administration.
