About the Role:
  • Manage multiple service leaders and their teams to ensure excellence in care, compliance, staff engagement, and operational performance.
  • Mentor and support Service Leaders to deliver consistent, high-quality support services.
  • Drive compliance within Residential Aged Care and internal quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day service delivery.
  • Build and nurture key external relationships with referral sources and support providers.
  • Champion a values-based culture, aligned with participant-centred care principles.
