Guest Experience Ambassador

We are actively seeking a Guest Experience Ambassador who will provide and enhance an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the provision of seamless service, ensuring that each guest receives a memorable experience.

Main Responsibilities

The successful Guest Experience Ambassador will be responsible for;

  • Providing considered and personalized service to ensure a high level of engagement with guests throughout their stay.
  • In collaboration with the team, review and improve the guest journey in response to feedback.
  • To ensure all VIPs are flagged accordingly and research is conducted on each guest to tailor their experience.
  • Provide welcome cards and messages to recognize special occasions.
  • Ensure the VIP arrivals list is up to date and prepared one week in advance.
  • Update guest profiles and proactively use information stored to support the guest experience.
  • Handle and oversee complaints, ensuring appropriate action is taken to resolve these and maintain guest satisfaction.
