Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HSE professional to provide administrative support for our Health, Safety, and Environment team. The role involves maintaining our HSEQ Management System, managing databases, coordinating training, analyzing data, conducting site audits, and reporting.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a team focused on continuous improvement for safety. As an HSE Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring all HSEQ systems, document control systems, and training requirements are compliant and up-to-date.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing timely and accurate assistance to the HSEQ Team
  • Maintaining the HSEQ Management System and wider team documents
  • Analyzing and inputting data to create reports for the HSEQ Team
  • Assisting in conducting construction site audits and inspections
  • Performing other office tasks as required

To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience in the HSEQ field and an administration background. You should also have basic to intermediate knowledge of relevant HSEQ legislation and experience in construction or a similar industry. Intermediate to advanced computer literacy, particularly with Safety Data Management Systems, MS Office, and Excel, is essential.
