Role Overview

We are seeking a strategic leader to oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies for our oncology portfolio. This role will play a critical part in revolutionizing how life-changing treatments are accessed across Australia.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with global and local objectives.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of new product launches and indication extensions.
  • Foster a high-performing team culture, providing coaching and development for emerging talent.
  • Utilize data and insights to design and execute impactful multi-channel marketing plans tailored to clinician preferences.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure cohesive execution of business goals.
  • Uphold compliance with ethical standards in all activities.
  • Drive robust business planning and manage P&L to ensure effective resource allocation and prioritization.
  • Develop external partnerships across the therapeutic area to improve patient outcomes and support market access strategies.

Requirements:

  • Extensive pharmaceutical marketing experience with a minimum of 8-10 years proven success.
  • Leadership in complex environments with demonstrated ability to lead through ambiguity and change.
  • High learning agility to adapt and excel in dynamic environments.
  • Strategic and collaborative approach with skilled strategy development and team collaboration.
  • Oncology expertise with strong understanding of the oncology landscape.
