Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced marketing professional to lead client relationships and oversee campaign execution from strategy to reporting.

As a performance marketing manager, you will work closely with clients, managing daily communication, overseeing reporting, setting campaign strategies, and developing creative ideas for conversion-focused ads across various platforms.

This role requires hands-on experience, with daily involvement in ad accounts while ensuring clients feel supported, informed, and confident in our work.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of 10-15 client accounts, acting as the main point of contact for the agency.
  • Plan, launch, test, measure, and optimise conversion-focused campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok, programmatic, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop campaign strategies that align with client objectives and deliver measurable results.
  • Analyse campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and prepare clear, actionable reports.
  • Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to produce engaging, high-performing ads.
  • Stay up-to-date with platform updates, industry trends, and competitor activity to keep clients ahead of the curve.
  • Work with leaders and project managers from other departments to benefit and grow your clients.

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience in a digital marketing role with hands-on campaign management across major paid media platforms.
  • Strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion optimisation, and attribution.
  • Previous experience in a client-facing role, confident in presenting results, managing expectations, and building relationships.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to translate metrics into actionable insights.
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple accounts and deadlines.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field - or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with programmatic advertising platforms and audience targeting tools.
  • Knowledge of analytics tools such as Google Analytics, GA4, or similar.
  • Experience working in an agency environment.
