Job Title: Associate Privacy Counsel

Overview

We are seeking a skilled privacy professional to join our global team. As an Associate Privacy Counsel, you will play a key role in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

About the Role

The Legal team is responsible for managing the company's legal affairs, including providing legal counsel across the organization and handling disputes. You will provide first-class support to product owners, business functions, and internal clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations, particularly in relation to data protection and privacy.
  • Establishing and maintaining working relationships with internal stakeholders, identifying risks, and implementing mitigating strategies.
  • Analyzing products and initiatives to provide practical legal support and risk assessment.
  • Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and managing commercial agreements and contracts.
  • Collaborating with other legal and privacy team members to offer consistent guidance on key areas that cross the organization.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to have a genuine interest in digital health technology solutions and some experience working in technology or healthcare. You should also have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
