Workplace Experience Coordinator Job Description

This role is crucial in creating exceptional workplace environments for clients. The successful candidate will serve as the front-line ambassador for workplace services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations while delivering outstanding experiences that reflect our commitment to excellence.

Daily Responsibilities:
  • The Workplace Experience Coordinator will manage reception duties, visitor management, and first-level support for workplace issues.
  • They will coordinate workspace management activities including desk booking, room reservations, and space utilization tracking.
  • This individual will plan and execute workplace events, activities, and initiatives that foster community and enhance employee engagement.
  • They will collaborate with facility management teams to ensure workspaces are properly maintained, stocked, and ready for use.
  • Additionally, they will monitor workplace technology systems and coordinate with IT support to resolve issues promptly.
  • Lastly, they will collect and analyze workplace feedback data to identify improvement opportunities and track satisfaction metrics.
Requirements:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field is required.
  • Candidates should have 3-4 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in workplace services, hospitality, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a strong customer service orientation are essential.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and workplace management software/tools is necessary.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail are required.
