Security System Installation Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Security System Installation Specialist to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in security system installation and maintenance, with strong technical proficiency in working with various security system components. They will be responsible for attending residential sites to install, configure, and maintain security systems, including surveillance cameras, alarms, CCTV, monitoring equipment, and more.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install and Configure Security Systems: Ensure that all security systems meet industry standards and customer specifications.
  • Troubleshoot and Resolve Technical Issues: Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during installations and post-installation maintenance.
  • Educate Customers on System Functionality: Collaborate with customers to educate them on system functionality and operation.
  • Work with the Team: Work closely with the team to coordinate installations, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Stay Up-to-Date with the Latest Security Technology Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest security technology trends and advancements.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Experience in Security System Installation and Maintenance: A proven track record of installing and maintaining security systems.
  • Strong Technical Proficiency: Strong technical proficiency in working with various security system components.
  • Excellent Problem-Solving Skills and Attention to Detail: Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Effective Communication and Customer Service Abilities: Effective communication and customer service abilities.
  • C Class Driver's License: A valid C Class driver's license.
  • Relevant Certifications and Licenses: Relevant certifications and licenses in security system installation (preferred but not mandatory).
