We are seeking an experienced Business Support Team Leader to join our Hallam-based team. In this vital role, you will lead a small team of Customer Service Specialists to deliver exceptional customer experiences and drive continuous improvement.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with proven leadership in customer service or operations, strong organisational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a customer-first approach.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum 5 years' experience in customer service or operations, including at least 2 years in a leadership role. Experience with ERP or job management systems and Microsoft Office is also desirable.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Business Support team to deliver outstanding service.
- Manage customer inquiries, escalations, and service scheduling support during peak periods or leave coverage.
- Oversee data accuracy in SAP, AroFlo, and other systems, ensuring compliance documentation is maintained.
- Collaborate with service, projects, and field teams to improve efficiency and reduce rescheduling.
- Support invoicing processes and job closure activities in coordination with Accounts.
- Monitor KPIs, analyse service trends, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Work with a market leader in waste and resource recovery solutions.
