Acquire Intelligence is seeking a highly skilled Customer Experience Team Leader to join our dynamic team.
Job Description:The successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead a team of customer-facing professionals, responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences through multiple channels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading teams and driving business outcomes through effective leadership, coaching, and mentoring.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing and developing a high-performing team, ensuring that customer satisfaction and loyalty are consistently met or exceeded. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, implement new initiatives, and analyze data to inform business decisions.
