Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Program Coordinator to oversee daily operations within our early childhood and middle years programs.
The successful candidate will have experience in leading a team of practitioners, building and maintaining stakeholder relationships, and providing advocacy on behalf of children, parents, and caregivers.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize staff wellbeing and child safeguarding.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations within the programs
- Lead and develop a dedicated team of practitioners
- Identify, manage, and monitor risks to service delivery, program quality, staff wellbeing, and child safeguarding
- Maintain stakeholder relationships in the local community that support referral pathways for vulnerable, avoidant, or fearful families to engage with our programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Experience in leading a team of high-performing people delivering early childhood and middle years programs, working from a strengths-based perspective.
Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to prioritize staff wellbeing and child safeguarding.
Ability to build and maintain stakeholder relationships in the local community.
