Job Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team as a Guest Service Agent. This role involves welcoming and checking in guests, communicating professionally, making bookings, and providing assistance during their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Welcome and check in guests with a personalized touch.
  • Communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Process bookings and room assignments efficiently.
  • Assist guests with their needs and preferences throughout their stay.
Qualifications and Requirements:

Candidates should possess previous experience working in hospitality, customer service, and guest relations. Previous experience working in shifts between Monday and Sunday from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm is also advantageous.
