Cross-Venue Duty Manager Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cross-Venue Duty Manager to lead our teams, bring consistency across the board, and deliver exceptional customer experiences at our three unique venues.

About Our Venues:

- Om Nom Nom Pizza & Pasta Bar: A rebellious and flavour-obsessed eatery with a passion for delivering unforgettable dining experiences.

- Ruocco's Pizzeria e Ristorante: A Fremantle institution with over 45 years of Italian heritage, offering a truly authentic experience.

- Coogee Boathouse Eats & Sips: A modern coastal pub right on the marina, providing stunning views and a relaxed atmosphere.

About the Role:

  • Run shifts across all three venues, adapting to different service styles and teams.
  • Lead, support and motivate FOH staff during service.
  • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
  • Manage shift reports, cash handling and stock controls.
  • Ensure compliance with RSA, WHS and food safety standards.
  • Work closely with Venue Managers and Restaurant Managers to uphold group goals and service standards.

Requirements:

  • Hospitality leadership experience (Head Wait Staff level or higher).
  • Adaptability; you're comfortable moving between venues with different vibes.
  • A strong communicator and natural people leader.
  • Organised, reliable and solution-focused.
  • RSA and Approved Managers Card.
  • Flexibility to work nights, weekends and public holidays.

Benefits:

Key Qualifications:

  • Supervisory experience: 2 years (preferred).
