About the Role
As our next Duty Manager, you'll report to the Venue Manager and work alongside a dynamic team of Managers and Chefs. You'll lead front-of-house operations across the bar, dining areas, and gaming floor, keeping things smooth, upbeat, and guest-focused.

What You'll Do
- Create Great Guest Moments - Meet, greet, seat, serveand make it memorable.
- Own the Atmosphere - Manage venue setup, vibe, and flow for seamless service.
- Lead with Confidence - Guide and support FOH teams through every shift.
- Build a Killer Team Culture - Keep the crew tight-knit, approachable, and aligned.
- Keep Things in Check - Manage POS, track shift costs, and maintain efficiency.

About You
You've worked as a duty manager or supervisor and are ready for your next challenge. You love working in a fast-paced environment, know what great service looks like, and are passionate about helping your team deliver it.

Gaming knowledge and an RSG1 are bonuses, but if you're keen to learn, we'll teach you

You're someone who:

- Communicates clearly and confidently.
- Thrives under pressure (and actually enjoys it).
- Has an eye for detail and a passion for the guest experience.
- Leads with empathy, energy, and good vibes.

What You Bring to the Table
- A love of all things food, drinks, and people.
- Leadership experience and a "let's get it done" attitude.
- Event planning, marketing, or gaming knowledge is a plus.
- Tech-savvy and cool under pressure.
- RSA and RP badge in hand.
- Based in or around Adelaide, with full Australian working rights.
