Job Opportunity

This role is a unique chance to drive lasting change in how workplaces support Autistic employees and create better experiences for everyone.

As a consultant, you will use your lived experience as an Autistic person alongside strong communication, writing and organisational skills to inform and help develop our new Autism Friendly Employment service.

  • Develop written materials such as guides tools and resources that support learning inclusion or workplace improvement for diverse audiences.
  • Co-design practical tools resources and training that support organisations to become truly autism-friendly.
About the Position

You will work closely with colleagues and clients to co-create solutions that are person-centred, family-focused and customer driven.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with teams to design and deliver content, client projects and training sessions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve inclusivity and support for Autistic employees.
