Autism Spectrum Australia (Aspect) is Australia’s largest autism-specific service provider, with one of the biggest autism-specific school programs in the world. A not-for-profit organisation, we work in partnership with people of all ages on the autism spectrum, and their families to deliver evidence-informed solutions that are person-centred, family-focused and customer driven.

**What you will do**:

- Work with the Leadership Team of the Individual & Community Support business (ICS) to set, monitor and manage financial targets across the business
- Work with the ICS Leadership Team to identify and implement improvements in operational processes, particularly in relation to funding and service agreements
- Report regularly on financial and operational performance, and work collaboratively with leaders to address variances
- Collaborate with Aspect’s Finance team to develop and implement forecasting and reporting to support decision making
- Manage to day to day financial and administrative operations of the ICS business

**What we are looking for**:

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent experience in business management or a related field
- Working familiarity with financial processes in the NDIS sector
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills
- Strong data analysis and insights capability
- Mindset for positive change, and commitment to and aptitude for operational improvement
- Working with Children Check clearance (NSW) and National Police Clearance
