Seeking a Payroll Specialist to manage end-to-end payroll operations in Australia and New Zealand.
OverviewThe role will play a critical part in delivering a seamless payroll experience and supporting transformation initiatives across the P&C and finance functions.
Key Responsibilities:- Process payroll in line with employment agreements, contracts, and company policies with accuracy and efficiency.
- Handle PAYG, super, payroll tax, and other legislative reporting.
- Investigate and resolve payroll discrepancies and queries.
- Maintain and generate compliant payroll records and reporting.
- Support audits and financial planning processes.
- Execute end-of-month/year processes and payroll-related improvements.
- Provide education and support to managers, employees, and stakeholders on payroll matters.
- Proven expertise in end-to-end payroll (AU/NZ) with hands-on knowledge of legislation, STP2, super, EA/award interpretation within a large payroll environment.
- Experience with Excel, SAP ECC6, CATS, and SuccessFactors.
- Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
- A team player who can thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in payroll system transformation or integration projects.
- Solid understanding of payroll-related compliance and reporting.
