About the Role

As a Telco Sales Coordinator, you'll play a key role in assisting the Store Management team in achieving storewide objectives. You'll focus on the Communications department, ensuring a culture of collective high performance and great customer experiences across the store.

  • You'll achieve sales and profitability targets for your store by providing ongoing training, coaching, support, and feedback to the store's Communication Team.
  • You'll lead and maintain the agreed communications department merchandising standards.
  • You'll ensure all Communications Department activities meet compliance and legislative standards, with an emphasis on Safety, including in-store process and incident reporting.
About You
  • You'll enjoy working in a casual and fun atmosphere, with proven retail experience and a broad knowledge of Telco.
  • You'll have proven customer service experience and background in cash handling, including the use of EFTPOS facilities.
  • You'll be able to work both independently and as part of our consolidated sales team, with the ability to work under pressure.
