The Role

The Sales Coordinator is a key member of our national team, responsible for supporting our Account Managers and providing exceptional customer service. This role requires attention to detail, prioritisation, and confidence to make decisions that benefit the company and our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as a key point of contact for customers and account managers
  • Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email
  • Process sales orders within SLA's to meet/exceed budgets for the national business
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
  • Proactively ensure backorders are under control and invoices are regularly followed-up
  • Monitor open orders and adjust as required
  • Assist with the creation of products in the system
  • Work collaboratively within the state and national teams

Requirements

  • Experience in an Administration or Sales Processing role
  • Proficiency with MS Office, in particular Excel
