Develop and implement strategies to enhance client outcomes and meet key performance indicators.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and address operational issues as needed.
Recruit and manage a diverse team of professionals to deliver high-quality support services.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with local managers, staff, and other stakeholders to promote program understanding and effectiveness.
Address incidents and feedback related to service quality in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications in Nursing, Allied Health, or a related health degree.
Experience supporting older people and carers with dementia, emphasizing psycho-social case management approaches.
Ability to lead teams across multiple sites, manage competing priorities, and adapt to changing circumstances.
Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills, with attention to detail and analytical abilities.
Customer management and administrative skills, including budgeting and financial management.
Eligibility for Australian Health Practitioner registration.
Qualifications or studies related to dementia, such as research experience or certification in dementia care.
