Job Opportunity: Leadership Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to lead our Front Door services team in Launceston. This is a permanent, full-time position that involves providing leadership, guidance, and oversight to staff.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor case management staff to ensure consistent practice.
  • Monitor and strengthen service delivery to ensure practice coherency and fidelity to the Housing Connect model.
  • Oversee case allocation, workflow management, and client support pathways.
  • Collaborate with senior colleagues and external partners to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide high-level advice on practice and service design.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated understanding of evidence-based service design.
  • Experience in building, inspiring, and leading teams.
  • Ability to provide high-level advice on practice and service delivery issues.
  • Experience with practice development and documentation.
  • Able to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Understanding of relevant theoretical frameworks and commitment to the values and ideals of capabilities and Advantaged Thinking practice approaches.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Well-developed organisational and time management skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications or extensive experience deemed equivalent.
