Job Overview

This is a great opportunity to work as a Project Coordinator Specialist on a significant rail infrastructure project in the Brisbane CBD area. The role will provide comprehensive administrative support services including database management and tracking of correspondence.

Main Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Deliver professional administrative services such as managing databases, monitoring and maintaining filing systems, and ensuring deadlines are met.
  • Communication: Build relationships with various stakeholders by communicating effectively on a wide range of issues.
  • Analysis and Response: Analyse enquiries and respond on behalf of senior project leaders in a timely manner.
  • Scheduling and Meetings: Manage diary requirements for the Project Director and arrange meetings and seminars as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Infrastructure Experience: Previous experience supporting infrastructure projects in an engineering environment.
  • High-Level Administrative Support: Proven track record of delivering high-level administrative support in fast-paced environments.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
