A successful Implementation Team Lead is a highly motivated individual who will oversee day-to-day operations and support direct reports. This person will provide guidance, coaching, and mentorship on implementation principles and product technical knowledge.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a SaaS or tech-focused environment, managing high-performing teams and overseeing multiple projects with competing deadlines. They will be able to demonstrate exceptional organizational and time-management skills, as well as a strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes and methodologies.

What You'll Bring:

- Proven experience in a SaaS or tech-focused environment, managing and developing high-performing teams.
- Ability to oversee multiple projects with competing deadlines, demonstrating exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong understanding of SaaS implementation processes and methodologies, and a proactive approach to learning and staying up-to-date on product changes.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly to clients and team members at all levels.
- A strategic approach to resolving customer issues efficiently and empathetically, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Familiarity with tracking and analyzing KPIs and performance metrics, with a strong ability to use data to drive continuous improvement.
