Implement Large Change Programs Successfully

As a key enabler for the successful implementation of scheduled uplift risk activities, you will have experience in implementing other large change programs and possess the requisite skills to develop and lead the implementation plan.

  • Create and aggregate a domain implementation plan.
  • Lead business integration: act as the primary business-facing lead into the wider program.
  • Engage with stakeholders: build strong relationships with senior business stakeholders.
  • Plan and manage resources: develop and manage the domain resource plan.
  • Act as a liaison between domain stakeholders and the senior implementation manager.
Key Skills and Qualifications
  • Significant experience as a project or implementation lead within investments, superannuation, wealth, or markets environments.
  • Skilful application of well-designed change management and communication processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet specified timeframes.
  • Developed stakeholder relationship skills.
  • Strong consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to respectfully challenge and deal with conflict.
  • Outstanding engagement skills that reflect a professional, collegiate, and engaging approach.
