Comprehensive Payroll Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Payroll Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for end-to-end full function payroll for approximately 900 weekly and monthly paid employees.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage day-to-day payroll functions including data processing, overtime calculations, ad hoc manual payments and manager/employee queries.
- Maintain employee details in PeopleSoft 9.2 Time and Labour and Global Payroll modules.
- Provide effective customer service to employee pay queries and timely resolutions.
- Partner with HR, Operations, IT and Finance teams on contracts reconciliations, reviewing customer Purchase Orders, reconciling customer PO to SAP Sales Order and contract metrics.
- Proven track record in a payroll role.
- Experience in Peoplesoft preferred but training will be provided.
- High level of attention to detail and ability to work in a fast paced, autonomous and process driven environment.
- Good teaming and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage across a diverse workforce.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
