We have a team of experienced professionals who work together to provide design, construction, commissioning, whole of life maintenance and repairs to over 400,000 assets across 10,000 sites in various sectors.

As a Service Coordinator with Precise Air Group, you will be responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties, providing assistance in the planning, scheduling and coordination of technicians and sub-contractors to meet our business and clients' KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the operations team
  • Coordinate the scheduling of technicians and sub-contractors
  • Purchasing of parts and materials, invoicing and other tasks as required

About You

We are looking for an accomplished and enthusiastic Service Coordinator who would like to put their stamp on how delivering outstanding customer service to our corporate clients and to our team.

You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external customers.

What You Will Need To Succeed In This Role

  • Proven experience building and maintaining strong relationships with internal/external customers
  • Proven high level organisational and communication skills
  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines and work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office with particular preference to MS Excel
