Take on the Challenge of a Customer Service Leader Role at COS

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Leader.

As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty
  • Leading and motivating a team of sales assistants to achieve their full potential
  • Collaborating with the store manager to identify areas for improvement and implement changes
  • Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers

What You Need to Succeed:

You possess strong communication skills and are able to resolve customer complaints effectively

You have prior retail or customer-facing experience and understand what drives customer satisfaction

You are results-driven and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field

Minimum 2 years of retail management experience

Proven track record of improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
